How to measure upper bust
- Start by finding the fullest part of your breasts, usually just below the level of your nipples.
- Take the tape and wrap it horizontally around your entire chest, making sure the tape is parallel to the floor.
- But don't tighten the tape, just keep it naturally tight.
How to measure waist circumference
- Find the thinnest part of your waist (usually about an inch or two above your belly button)
- Use a ruler to measure a circle around this location
- Be careful not to pull the measuring tape too tight or too loose
- Just keep the fit natural
