freight :
- The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product to us, including: shipping and duties.
- The first time the product is sent back to the customer for exchange, shipping is free of charge. Subsequent exchanges will be charged for each exchange.
Non-returnable items
- All lingerie products that have been used, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed are non-returnable or refundable.
